Keeping Our Salon Safe Together
We want you to feel your absolute best and that means feeling safe while you’re visiting us.
We ask that you please familiarize yourself with our Health & Safety precautions so that you can help us maintain a safe and respectful salon experience for yourself, our stylists and our other guests.
Preparing for Your Appointment:
A face mask is optional to be worn during your visit.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment, as our salon waiting area sitting is limited
Please come to your appointment alone. Please make other arrangements for your children and accompanying guests as they may not be allowed within the salon at this time.
Arriving for Your Appointment:
You’ll be required to apply hand-sanitizer upon entry
During Your Appointment:
As face masks are optional during your visit, our stylist’s are here to support the wearing of face mask upon request
A staff member will be happy to assist you when purchasing retail products
A staff member will be delighted to offer you a specialty coffee during your visit
The Steps We’re Taking for You:
Station, washbasin, and tool disinfecting (including station tops, drawers, chairs, mirror, brushes, styling tools, scissors, clips, trimmers, clippers, trolley trays, and sinks)
All robes, towels, capes, and aprons will be washed in hot water
Disinfecting stylist stations and wash basins between and during each guest visit
Disinfecting the restroom after each use
Daily employee wellness checks
Ensuring employees wash their hands before, between and during each guest visit
