Your stylist will begin with a thorough consultation to understand your hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance needs. Together, you’ll create a personalized three-visit plan to support healthy, beautiful hair long-term.
You’ll see examples of your stylist’s previous work for inspiration and confidence in your service.
During your visit, our talented assistants ensure every detail feels effortless —enjoy a soothing hot towel service, with or without essential oils — it’s your moment to unwind. -
Before you go, your stylist will share easy maintenance tips and product recommendations tailored to your hair type and color.

To help your stylist deliver your best color or blonding results:
Arrive with clean or moderately clean hair.
Avoid root cover-up sprays before color or foiling appointments, as color cannot properly deposit through them.
Simply put: the cleaner the hair, the cleaner the lift — perfect for bright, even, and healthy results.

Our apprentice stylists are talented professionals in training under the mentorship of our senior team. They provide thoughtful, precise services and exceptional client care while refining their craft. Booking with an apprentice offers an accessible way to enjoy a professional salon experience while supporting the next generation of stylists.

New color and foil clients are asked to provide a $100 non-refundable deposit when booking. This deposit is applied to your service at checkout. If you need to cancel, the deposit remains on your account for future use — it can be applied to another service, toward product purchases, or transferred to another guest upon request.

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid a fee.
If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to respect all clients’ time.
If you or someone in your household feels unwell, please reschedule — your health and our team’s wellbeing are always the priority.
In the rare event that we may need to reschedule on our end, we’ll do everything possible to find a new time that works best for you.
